- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, immersion blender, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, TV, and sofa;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, TV, and A/C split;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, TV, and A/C split;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- GARDEN.

- LIVING ROOM II with sofa, wardrobe, dining table, and TV;

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
