The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this fully renovated Vosges farmhouse, ideally located in the commune of Ventron, with a south-facing terrace.
Spread over three levels, this 147 m² house can accommodate up to 11 people.
On the first floor, you'll find a cozy 26 m² living area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a spacious 1,000 m² garden.
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels are included.
We look forward to welcoming you to this idyllic setting! The accommodation comprises Ground floor : - Entrance hall - Bathroom with double jet bath - Separate WC - A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer - A games room - Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200 cm) First floor : - Fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob - A dining room - Living room with sofas and armchairs - A sauna - Bathroom with shower and WC. Second floor: - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190 cm) - Bedroom 3 with double bed (140x190 cm) - Bedroom 4 with double bed (140x190 cm) and two bunk beds (90x190 cm) - Bedroom 5 with a 90x190 cm bed - A reading corner and a study area. For optimum comfort, the owners have added the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, baby high chair, bottle warmer, changing mat, safety gates for the two staircases, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, table tennis table. Outside: - The south-facing, unfenced garden, equipped with sun loungers to make the most of the fine weather. - The terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, extends to 25 m² and has a south-facing aspect, offering a view of the Ventron ski slopes.
It has a table, chairs, sun loungers, two parasols and a barbecue. The chalet is ideally located in Ventron, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, including a grocery store with bread and tobacco depot, a bar, restaurants, as well as boutiques, a market, and much more. Activities : - The nearest ski resort is La Bresse, a 20-minute drive away. - Hiking in summer - Sledging and skiing in winter, with slopes 13 km from La Mauselaine in Gérardmer and 18 km from Le Hohneck in La Bresse - Adventure parks for all ages - Visit candy factories - Discovery of goat farms - Water parks, swimming pools, bowling, and other fun activities... Transportation: Parking is located on site, offering a private, outdoor area suitable for all types of vehicle. A car is essential for your stay.
Here's some useful information about other modes of transport: - Nearest train station: Remiremont train station, 26 km away (approx. 30 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, 121 km away (approx. 1 hour 57 minutes by car). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de conciërge van het huis. Het is een ruim huis met 3 verdiepingen. In de 'kelder' bevindt zich een slaapkamer, een toilet, badkamer met jacuzzi en de wasmachine en droger. Op de begane grond bevinden zich de eetkamer, woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en sauna. Wij hadden de pech dat zowel de kinderstoel als het kinderbedje kapot waren. Wij hebben beide zelf gekocht omdat we dit 's avonds echt wel nodig hadden. Ik heb dit uiteraard gemeld en men vond het erg vervelend voor ons (ze zijn ons echter financieel niet tegemoet gekomen ;) Eén 2-persoonsbed lag slecht. De badkamer is fijn, maar voor 10 personen is 1 badkamer met douche wel wat behelpen.

wir sind eine Familie mit 11 Personen. Da müsste die Küche merklich aufgesrüstet werden, Töpfeund Pfannen,vor allem Kannen für Tee und Kaffee, Teller, vielleicht auch Eierbecher wären nicht schlecht. Die Beleuchtung im Bad zum Rasieren ist mangelhaft. Ansonsten schönes großes Esszimmner. Die herunte...
