It measures 94 square meters, has three bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a garden and can accommodate up to 6 people.

We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Warm and well-appointed, the villa includes: - three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double beds (160*200); - two bathrooms with separate toilets; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a dining room; - and an air-conditioned living room to relax in after a day of exploring.
The following amenities are available: Parking, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Extras include: pétanque balls and other recreational equipment, an elliptical trainer, ample storage, and closets.
Professional cleaning is provided before and after each guest.
Linens and towels are available for an additional fee.

Ferien in einer sehr gut gelegenen Liegenschaft in nähe der Strände und je ca. 30 min von Nizza und Antibes entfernt. Ruhige und sichere Gegend. Negativ aufgefallen ist leider die Sauberkeit des Objektes. Wir mussten eine Nachreinigung einverlangen, die jedoch auch nur mittelmässig ausfiel. Die Übergabe und Abgabe war dafür problemlos und wir konnten uns alles in allem doch gut erholen.

Convenient and well-equipped townhouse in a gated community between Villeneuve-Loubet and Biot. Very friendly and flexible concierge, can only recommend.
