Well-furnished, it opens onto a furnished terrace offering a magnificent sea view and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will only love its location near the village center.

Warm and well appointed, the house includes
- two bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate the garden with a furnished terrace where you can have your aperitifs and extend the day outside!
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking (paid parking ), Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The parking badge is not free after 3 days ( (with deposit).
One of the assets of the accommodation is its location in the peace and close to Le Lavandou (6,5 km).
Also, during your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the village of Bormes and its must-sees such as
- the Beach of Favière (7 minutes by car);
- the Saint-Trophyme Church (13 minutes away)
- the Fort of Brégançon and its beaches (20 minutes by car); and many others...

Between land and sea, the charming village of Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Var is a visual delight enhanced by colors and scents from all over. This old perched village dates back to the 12th century and reveals many medieval treasures. Stroll through the lanes full of flowers and covered passages, wander through the alleys, stop at the lovely squares adorned with fountains and admire the different views that are offered to you. Here, the Golden Islands or there, the Lavandou. Hidden behind the pine trees and the scrubland, the creeks and fine sandy beaches await you. Along the coastline, a path allows you to discover wild and preserved landscapes. It is on this side that the fort of Brégançon is located, the summer residence of the presidents of the Republic. Classified as one of the most flowered villages in France, Bormes-les-Mimosas has an exceptional floral heritage. More than 700 plant species are listed, including 90 varieties of mimosas. In winter, during their blooming, the village gets into a festive mood the last weekend of February to celebrate the Grand Corso du Mimosa where magnificently decorated floats parade!
