Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- dining area with table and chairs;
- living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Rice cooker, Fondue machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to the Gentilly train station.
There's a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.
There are also many good restaurants in the area.

- Parc Montsouris is a 15-minute walk away;
- Panthéon 20 minutes by subway;
- Louvre Museum 25 minutes by bus;
- the Eiffel Tower 30 minutes away; and much more...

Gentilly borders Paris, and is served by RER line B, which provides easy access to city center of Paris and also the line connecting the two airports. The nearby T3a tramway takes you to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and the convention center, which hosts a number of trade shows each year, including the Salon de l'Automobile, the Salon de l'Agriculture and the Salon 1re Vision. On foot, you're within easy reach of Stade Charléty, Maison des Examens and Parc Montsouris. There is also a nearby Franprix supermarket which is open 7 days a week.

The location, the amenities
I was not familiar with swikly as a deposit system, the email i received was really suspicious that i ended up sending an email to check if it was legit or not, i suggest this part to be mentioned from the start so it wont seem like a spam 😅

Ottima posizione davanti alla RER C quindi ben colegato per raggiungere ogni zona di Parigi.
Palazzo e quartiere tranquilli. A 5 min da un piccolo supermercato. Appartamento ampio, pulito e con tutto il necessario.
Negative:
Consiglio di liberare un po' la dispensa da ciò che i vari inquilini lasciano lì.
