The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Deuil-la-Barre.

Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 100 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.
With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A 100 m² living room with a sofa, TV armchair and dining area – A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A separate toilet On the first floor: – A second living room with sofas and a TV On the top floor: – Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) – Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) – Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) – Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190) – A bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath – A shower room – A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A 5 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Deuil-la-Barre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: – Nearest railway station: Paris Gare du Nord, 16 km away – Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, 35 km away; Paris-Orly, 55 km away. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Le logement est extrêmement spacieux et confortable
il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et tout est disponible pour le meilleur confort.
Les lits sont res confortables.
Il dispose d'une place de parking privative dans une cour fermée avec portail.
La gare de deuil-montmagny est accessible à pied, pour les trajets vers Paris, ce qui est un vrai plus

le logement est tres grand et spacieux mais malheureusement à notre arrivé il n'était pas propre , remonté d'odeur au niveau sdb et pas de télécommande pour le portail ce qui nous oblige à sortir car le boitier est à l'extérieur.

Les photos sont fidèles à l'annonce, c'est un appartement très bien agencé dans un quartier calme et proche de lieux de promenade et dz lieux de détente.
Point d'attention, les salles de bain et la cuisine n'étaient pas propres.
Le lave vaiselle n'est pas fixé et donc dangereux, les douches n'ont p...
