This one bedroomed holiday apartment welcomes up to four guests and three dogs so is ideal for small families, couples, or friends travelling together using the sofa bed. Affording elevated views of the Jurassic Coast, whilst enjoying a handy location close to the many independent shops, cafés and restaurants and in easy reach of the seafront, famous Cobb harbour and family friendly beach. Ascending to the second floor where you will reach the inviting living/dining room where you can relax, switch on the Smart TV, and dine after a day of exploration. The living areas in this second-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, hairdryer and a living/dining room with double sofa bed and Smart TV.
There is also a king-size bedroom and a bathroom. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
There are public car parks within a five minutes walk where long stay tickets can be purchased, 2 hours free on road parking available opposite (subject to availability).
You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.3 miles.
WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
