Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 51 m² apartment in Bondy can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Cinema, library
- Bondy woods 300 m away
- Walk along the Canal de l'Orque 200 m away.
- In summer, the city installs an artificial beach along the canal de l'orque, and organizes boat trips to Paris across the canal de l'orque to the cité de science
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Bondy, about 3 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, about 26 min by car.

We wanted a place to stay for two days of the Paris Paralympics. Bondy is within easy access of the roads in to Paris from the north/Calais. Easy and secure parking underground. The flat was clean and bright. 10 min walk to the station, 20 minutes in to Saint-Lazare. The host was very helpful and responsive to queries. Thank you very much
