On the ground floor, a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, 3 sea-view bedrooms and a large bathroom. The property features a large seafront square with direct access to the pebble beach, an outdoor shower, an extensive private green area, and parking.


The internal space is organized as follows

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, small electric oven, and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, desk, and access to the outdoor terrace;

- TERRACE furnished with direct access to the beach;

- GARDEN.
