It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with smart TV ... - A dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) + 1 single bed, plus an adjoining room with 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, raclette machine, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - Jacuzzi for 6 people available from 15 April to 15 October - A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden - A 100 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Nouvion-et-Catillon, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, restaurants and bars are nearby .....
Activities : - Walking on the signposted paths - Fishing in the pond and river - City stadium children's play area - Several historic monuments - Museums 10 km away, Chemin des Dames 30 km, golf course 20 km......
Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
Motorway exit 12, A26 3 km away.
Other remarks: - The barbecue is a Weber charcoal barbecue (charcoal supplied). - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
