Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Nouvion-et-Catillon.
It has a floor area of 185 m² and can accommodate up to 11 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with a smart TV ... - A dining room - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, Senseo pod machine... - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) + 1 single bed, as well as an adjoining room with 2 single beds - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, raclette machine, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A hot tub for 6 people, available from 1 May to 30 September - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,000 m² - A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Nouvion-et-Catillon, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Activities: - Walks along signposted trails - Fishing in the pond and river - Multi-purpose sports ground and children’s playground - Several historic monuments - Museums 10 km away, Chemin des Dames 30 km away, golf course 20 km away... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Motorway exit no. 12 (A26) is 3 km away. Signs point the way to the gîte from Nouvion-et-Catillon town hall Other notes: - The barbecue is a Weber charcoal barbecue (charcoal provided) - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet is permitted per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Maison magnifique et décoré avec goût. Elle est parfaitement équipé (vaisselle. draps. serviettes...)
Le jardin est également superbe avec jacuzzi et terrain de pétanque ainsi que plusieurs salons pour se détendre.
Les hôtes sont formidables et nous ont offerts des cadeaux de bienvenus.

Heerlijk huis weg van alle drukte. Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel kindvriendelijk. Contact met de host verliep ook uitstekend. Al met al een heerlijk lang weekend weg geweest met de familie.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schoenen und einzigartigen Unterkunft
Alles war perfekt und besonders die weihnachtliche Dekoration hat uns positiv überrascht.
Grandios war auch der Empfang durch den Buergermeister mit seiner Frau.
Auch für unseren Hund war es dort sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar zwei raclettes.
