The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony. - KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower and sink; - BALCONY FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning via split units (one in the living room and one in the sleeping area), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: There are a few steps to reach the elevator. Guests are kindly informed that the WC in the en-suite bathroom is NOT usable. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. Main attractions: - Piazza della Libertà: 10 minutes on foot; - Via Mercatovecchio (shopping street): 10 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 10 minutes on foot; - Casa Cavazzini (museum of modern and contemporary art): 12 minutes on foot; - Cathedral: 12 minutes on foot; - Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine: 19 minutes on foot; - Parco Botanico Friuli Cormor: 14 minutes by public transport. - Caffè Beltrame: 5 minutes on foot; - Grano Salis (restaurant): 4 minutes on foot; - Despar supermarket (grocery store): 5 minutes on foot; - Pharmacy Zambotto: 4 minutes on foot. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (122 km - 1 hour and 20). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (14 minutes) to the apartment. - From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the bus lines (1/2/3) with the stop "Via della Vittoria", a 6-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are the SS13, the SS54 and the SS56. ATTENTION: The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up. you can park for a fee in the street (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed).
