In Arezzo, you will find all the necessary services, and a small supermarket is just 2 km from the villa.
In front of the villa passes the provincial road that connects the city with the main villages of Valdichiana, from Castiglion Fiorentino to Camucia, Cortona, and up to Lake Trasimeno.

You will have at your disposal a fully fenced garden with a parking space and outdoor equipment, but above all, a splendid infinity pool (dimensions 8x5.50 m, depth 1.30-1.90 m) and a bioclimatic glass pergola with a 5-seater hot tub and a comfortable shower. The pool and hot tub will be for your exclusive use.
From the porch, you access a glass veranda where you can enjoy, on cool summer evenings, a perfect space for outdoor dining, equipped with a table and chairs, barbecue, and wood oven to savor grilled meat or delicious pizzas.
