Villacolle 1 is a beautiful detached house with an annex, located in Poggio a Caiano, just a few kilometers from Carmignano, in a panoramic position with views of the dome of Florence Cathedral. The property includes a main house (70 sqm) and a cottage with panoramic windows (28 sqm), set within a private, fenced garden of up to 1,000 sqm surrounded by olive trees. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation, and nature in Tuscany.
Outside: jacuzzi for 4 people (May 1st–September 30th). Herb garden. The cottage, featuring large panoramic windows, is furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, sunset aperitifs, and convivial moments. Modern comforts include air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and carefully furnished, welcoming interiors.

angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung, aber nahe bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten
Blick über Florenz, gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten innen und außen, angenehme Terrasse, Ruhe Gastgeber hat Wasserautomat, Kaffeekapseln, viel frisches Obst, Wein und Spezialitäten sowie Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung gestellt Haus wurde zur Mietmitte komplett neu gereinigt, Wäsche gewechselt.

Deuxième séjour à la Villa Colle.
Villa parfaitement équipée, très confortable, décorée avec soin et fleurie, d'une propreté extrème. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans toute la Toscane. Un accueil charmant des propriétaires qui ont à coeur de répondre à toutes les demandes et nous ont offert un assortiment des spécialités de leur région. Une excellente adresse à découvrir et recommander !
