The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Ploeren.
It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a fully enclosed garden of approximately 430 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 50 m² living room with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, hob… - Four bedrooms with four double beds (140×190) and one sofa bed - One bathroom with a shower on the ground floor - One bathroom with a shower and bath on the first floor - Two separate toilets Outside: - A lovely, fully enclosed garden of 430 m², with a terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally situated in Ploeren, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly within the garden, in front of the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 15 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, 1 hour 30 minutes away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - External contractors carry out rubbish collection regularly and independently.
They may therefore visit during your stay.
We do not always have their schedule far enough in advance to be able to provide you with the collection dates before your arrival.
However, please do not hesitate to contact Cocoonr to find out, where possible, the scheduled collections during your stay. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team – the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals – who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Installations modernes cuisine sdb
Excellente literie.
Calme
Accès compliqué dans le quartier..
Vasques de la sdb de l'étage non nettoyées et bondes encombrées de saleté.
Manque de chaises dans le séjour (6 pour 8 personnes) et dans les chambres.
Manque de supports serviettes dans les sdb.
Machine Nespresso impossible à faire fonctionner.

Location and facilities
No information concerning area ( places to eat , shops, doctor etc). Could not operate the tv as there was no instructions
Une maison très spacieuse, lumineuse et très agréable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
