Superbly located and recently refurbished modern 3 bedroom house in Shottery, just a few hundred metres from the historic Anne Hathaways cottage and Stratford-upon-Avon.
This recently renovated old stables development still holds onto the charming features of the past, just perfect for a family or a group of guests looking to have a slice of a peaceful village retreat, whilst being a stones throw from the famous attractions of this region.
The open plan living space floods with natural light as the bi-fold doors retract into the private courtyard garden. Guests are invited to relax and unwind in both the cosy lounge in the colder months, and the spacious courtyard in the warmer months. The kitchen is well equipped and modernised with everything you may need for your stay. There is also a downstairs toilet and a private area with a desk and a chair for those looking to work from home during their stay.
Moving upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a Super King bed with an en suite. There is also a family bathroom, and King Bed in the second bedroom, and a Double Bed in the third bedroom.
Guest have access to the whole property during their stay.
Keys are located in a lock box next to the front door. Full details will be provided in advance of your stay.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
