The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house for rent in the commune of La Richardais, completely restored by an interior designer in the summer of 2024. 
With a surface area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 600 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x200)
- A bathroom with shower and double sink
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds forming a king-size bed (180x200) . We can prepare this bedroom with two single beds, but there will not be much space between the two beds. The right side of the bed is under the sloping ceiling. -Bedroom 4: Two single beds (90x190). On request, we can prepare this bedroom with a double bed (180x190).
- Bedroom 5: attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190). All bedrooms have their own storage space.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional amenities: washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- You can enjoy a beautiful 600 m² enclosed garden on sunny days.
Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal.
Neighbourhood:
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being perfectly connected to the main roads. You can easily reach must-see sites such as the Rance dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan. This quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood will allow you to fully enjoy your stay, combining relaxation and sightseeing.
The market square in Dinard is only a 10-minute drive away.
All shops and petrol stations are less than a 5-minute drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: 16 km to St Malo
- Nearest airport: 80 km to Rennes
Other comments:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- The fireplace is not in working order
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
