Cocoonr is offering this former farmhouse, renovated in 2023, for rent, complete with an outdoor swimming pool and a multi-sports pitch.
Set in the hills around Toulouse, amidst fields of sunflowers, you’ll enjoy an enchanting tranquillity and unobstructed views stretching all the way to the Pyrenees. With a floor area of 285 m² and sleeping up to 11 people, the house comprises a large living area, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms spread over two floors, three bathrooms, all set within a garden of approximately 3,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 36 m² living room with a TV, sofa, large dining table and a fireplace… - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A first bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200) and a small washbasin - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private washbasin area - A third bedroom with a single bed - A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet - A bathroom with a bath and toilet - A utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron… Upstairs: - A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a pull-out sofa bed - A 32 m² master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large desk for working from home - A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet - A games room with a bookcase, TV, DVD player, board games, Playmobil… - A large attic room with a table tennis table Outside, you’ll find: - A private swimming pool (8×4 m), open from 1 May to 30 October, protected by a safety cover and a drowning prevention alarm system - A beautiful, partially fenced garden covering 3,000 m² - A 70 m² terrace with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the sunny days - An adjoining 20 m² conservatory with stunning views of the surrounding countryside - A multi-sports court (handball, volleyball, badminton, basketball, etc.). A gate with two swings further enhances the outdoor areas. The house is ideally situated in Belbèze-de-Lauragais, in a very peaceful setting, 5 minutes from Montgiscard, a traditional village with its bell tower and Sunday market, where you’ll find a variety of shops and services, as well as a shopping centre for your grocery needs. Activities: The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30 mins) and Carcassonne (50 mins), cycle rides along the Canal du Midi, and mountain hikes (the Pyrenees are an hour’s drive away) Access: Two entrances with remote-controlled gates provide access to the property, which has space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage equipped with a charging point for electric cars. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Toulouse Matabiau SNCF station, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac Airport is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and bath towels provided. - Pool towels available on request. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) - Baby equipment (cot, high chair, plastic crockery and cutlery, etc.) available on request. - Working fireplaces; firewood provided for guests. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any damage or faults that may accidentally occur during your stay must be reported to the concierge service before departure; failure to do so may result in a deduction from the security deposit. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst swimming.

Montillet We had an amazing stay. With 3 busy boys it was great as it has an outdoor sports pitch as well as table tennis which kept them very entertained. My youngest son loved the toys in the playroom. And the swimming pool was great. A relaxing break for families. Accommodation had everything that you needed. The electric car charger in the garage was great too. An amazing holiday.
