Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² house in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a garden of around 500 m²! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A separate kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A 500 m² private green space dedicated to relaxation, not adjoining the property, available 80 metres away with garden furniture, arbour, swing, sandpit and central barbecue.
- A 20 m² terrace at the entrance to the property with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops in Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities:
- Hiking and walking
- Visit the Château de Vendeuvre and Les Arpents du soleil vineyards in Grisy
- Kayak
- Swimming pool at Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives
- Aquatic centre in Falaise (20 min from accommodation)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the alleyway 10 metres from the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives, about 2 km away (4 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 45 km away (45 min by car)
- A car is essential to make the most of your stay.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)

De ontvangst door de mensen was uitstekend en de woning was heel erg mooi verbouwd en ingericht.De tuin ligt op ongeveer 50 meter verder op. Het huis ligt aan het einde van een pad met twee andere huizen.Parkeren kon aan de doorgaande ,drukke weg.In de omgeving is erg weinig te doen, een klein dorpj...
