The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in a quiet location 500 meters from the best beaches in Juan-les-Pins and 15 minutes' walk from Antibes town center. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
- A bright 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and balcony access
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe and access to terrace
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Outside :
- A 6m² terrace, facing south-east, with lighting, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared patio
The flat is ideally located in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Just 5 minutes' walk from the Gould pine forest, this flat is in a lively area all year round, with many local shops: a bakery ideal for croissants and hot bread for breakfast, a butcher's, delicatessen and delicatessen offering excellent prepared dishes, numerous boutiques, the restaurants of Juan-les-Pins and old Antibes, several supermarkets...
What to do:
- Sightseeing: Antibes old town, Port Vauban, Musée Picasso, Parc de la Pinède, Villa Thuret botanical garden, Fort Carré, Notre-Dame-de-la-Platéa d'Antibes cathedral...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space in the flat's basement garage (1 vehicle) or in the pay car parks near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Nice, around 23 km away (26 min by car)
- Bus line 6 stops at the foot of the building
