All room are equipped with electric shutters.

Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Two clothes horse and ironing board and iron are available.

Our apartment on the ground floor is a 5-minute walk from the lake Öschlesee. It is a ideal starting point for all leisure activities in every season. We are 800 m away from the motorway connection in the direction of Füssen, Oberstdorf or Lindau. The bus stop is 50 m in front of the house with a good connection to Sulzberg and Kempten. There is a parking space in front of the garage. The garage can be used to park bicycles or motorcycles. From the living room you can reach the garden or a terrace; both can be used with garden furniture. A grocery store, butcher, baker, pharmacie and bank are just 3 km away.

Coming from the north on the A7 at the "Autobahn Dreieck Allgäu" change to the A98 and after 2,8 km take the Durach, Sulzberg exit and turn left towards Sulzberg. From there it is another 800 m to the turn right into Burgratzer Straße 2, the first house with free parking space in front of the garage on the left.

Check-in/out according to the arrangement.
