It is located on the second floor and is reached by an internal staircase.

The house has an entrance to a large living room with dining room, double sofa bed and TV, with a small balcony overlooking the sea.

A characteristic arch separates the living area from the kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms.

Also present are 2 shower rooms. Completing the apartment is a large terrace with sea view that is spread over several levels, with dining area, relaxing lounges and solarium: the perfect place to relax outdoors while enjoying a postcard view.

The dwelling is located between the Norman Swabian castle and the town`s cathedral, with sea views only 150 meters away and the beautiful Pizzomunno beach less than 500 meters away, within walking distance. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
