Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² town house in Cancale, less than a kilometer from the beach, to rent for up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor of a small building, it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom upstairs and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : - A 10 m² living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the paid parking lots around the apartment or in a free parking lot (60 spaces) on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: 16 km in Saint-Malo - Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation- Attic room, low ceiling, likely to bother tall people. - This property is not recommended for young children, as access via an outside staircase can be tricky. - Self check-in required : keybox on site. - Staying with several people? You can also book Ty Peskaiden 0, Ty Peskaiden 1 and Ty Peskaiden 2 (maximum 2 people in each unit). All units are located in the same building. Tres bel appartement.Emplacement a proximité du port exceptionnel. Il manquerait peut-être un peu de rangement pour les vêtements mais c'est-à-dire un détail, le reste était parfait.Je recommande sans hésiter Je recomm

Logement agréable car neuf mais très petit pour 4. Manque qq équipement et surtout du rangement. Bien situé à
cancale par contre il est très difficile de se garer et tous les stationnements à proximité sont payants.
