The dining area has seating for eight people, whilst the kitchen has atmospheric lighting including an island and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the other three bedrooms have access to the bathroom and shower room.
All shower rooms have walk-in rain showers.
The property is conveniently located and central to attractions, set back from the road leading to Newport and the village of Arreton, and the seaside resort of Ryde is about a 10-minute drive.
Enjoy scenic walks locally, and other outdoor pursuits include birdwatching, cycling, horse riding, golf, and water sports.
The property has direct access onto the lane at the bottom of the site, so you can walk with your family and your dog or cycle to Newport and the rest of the Isle of Wight via footpaths.
Buses into Newport and Ryde are about 5 minutes away, to take you anywhere you want to go on the Island.
Discover many attractions nearby including Arreton Barns, The Garlic Farm and Robin Hill Adventure Park.
