Our house is situated in the middle of intact nature on a sunny plateau above Karlstein with a view of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. The house is surrounded by lush meadows and woods without road noise and hectic. A charming large garden is available to all our guests. Our 4 holiday flats and 2 apartments are all equipped with complete kitchen, bath/shower and WC, TV, radio and telephone. A spacious, lovingly designed lounge with a tiled stove is available for everyone. From the Brucknerbauer you have an ideal starting point for extensive hikes and walks in the wonderful mountain world. Only a stone's throw away you can visit the famous "Pankraz-Kircherl" with a magnificent view of Bad Reichenhall. To the well-known and popular bathing lake "Thumsee" you do not need more than 10 minutes walking time. The RupertusTherme can be reached in about 3 km. Sufficient parking spaces are available. Wellness: Sauna, Solarium.

Description of the accommodation
Welcome to our cozy country-style apartment with a fantastic panoramic view over Bad Reichenhall and the beautiful mountains. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, a dining area and a kitchenette. There are two single beds in the separate bedroom, which can also be used as a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the bedroom. The town center is only 5 minutes away by car. Our farmhouse is located at an altitude of 600 meters and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and deckchairs, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Perfect for guests looking for absolute peace and quiet. Welcome to our farm!
