Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent in Suze-la-Rousse, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi included.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas... - A dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. On the first floor - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool (3 x 10m), unheated, open from May to October and fitted with a safety alarm. A parent is responsible for all children's swimming and supervision. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A shared pétanque pitch is available (pétanque balls not provided). The flat is ideally located in Suze-la-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. We also offer the neighbouring flat Le Mas des Aracil 1 for rent. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 cars. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare Orange and Gare Bollene are about 30 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence airport, about 46 minutes by car Other remarks : - The accommodation is attached to another house with which you will share the swimming pool. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Air conditioning in the kitchen and living room.
The rooms have a ceiling fan (top of the range and does not make noise). - Pool towels are provided - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique.
Maison de plein pied, 3 belles chambres, une cuisine bien équipée avec ce qu'il faut pour démarrer son séjour.

Très bon séjour, conforme aux attentes, prestations de qualité.
Les draps pourraient être inclus dans le prix de la location, notamment au regard de la prestation et du prix.
Veille du départ, fin de journée : demande de régler le coût des draps (100€) en espèces. Il a fallu négocier pour effectuer...

Een mooi pareltje om in een oase van rust de regio van Suze-la-Rousse te verkennen. Daarnaast ben je ook snel in Vaison-la-Romaine en Avignon. Zeker een aanrader!
