The Living Room includes: • Seating for your whole party on our heavenly oversized sofa and comfy chairs • The sofa converts easily into a double bed sleeper sofa • Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access • Dining area to enjoy a family meal • Full bathroom with lots of counter space for your whole group The Bedrooms include: • Glorious King sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers • Both bedrooms have their own Smart TV with loaded streaming apps and high-speed internet • The master bedroom has a small balcony • Custom-designed beds, cabinets, dressers, and more for storage • Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out • Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided! The Kitchen includes: • A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils • Fridge, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more The Bathroom includes: • A modern shower head with great pressure and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean • An oversized mirror to get ready for a day out exploring the city • Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered • A very comfortable toilet! Everything else: • Washer, iron, & ironing board • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay • 24/7 self-check-in HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7.
Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.
In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver.
We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found.
Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property.
There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment.
All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property.
There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet.
Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.

This apartment sits in the Universitate neighborhood of Bucharest. This neighborhood is known for its many restaurants and coffee shops, a perfect location. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés, and the many young people enjoying life make this an enticing area of the city.
