along the central street of Grottammare, second row to the sea, very central, 50 m. from the sea, a step away from the main services (bank, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours, grocery stores, pubs, tobacconist's etc...), 5 min. walk from the railway station; flat for 7/8 people composed of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath, large living room, private terrace with sea view; it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, oven, fridge with large freezer. Bicycle hire nearby. At 50 m there is a very clean beach with an equipped bathing establishment, or alternatively there is a large free beach nearby. If you don't know Grottammare, I would add that the sea has always been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness and that a short distance away (which can also be reached on foot) there is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (Grottammare alta) with splendid views; free WIFI in the living room.
