In the commune of Grand-Village-Plage, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming single-storey house for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach.
It measures 75 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 100 m² garden.
With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A lovely 100 m² private enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Grand-Village-Plage, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Rochefort, 39 km away (about 40 minutes by car).
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

A la date de notre séjour (fin avril), le lieu est calme et reposant. Les photos sont conformes à l'habitation. Le mobilier est un peu sommaire dans les chambres (pas de tringle pour suspendre un cintre ou de porte-manteau par exemple). Tout semble refait à neuf. Le plain-pied ,son agencement et son...

Très bon rapport qualité / prix
Jolie maison très bien située et confortable. Jardin clos et sans vis à vis. 3 belles chambres et une grande pièce à vivre. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de table et chaises de jardin pour manger dehors et que le barbecue soit en sale état. Le reste était très chouette.

Positif: très bien situé, au calme. Jardin assez spacieux. Place pour se garer. Accueil positif.
Négatif:mur côté chambre traces importante de moisissure. manque cruellement d’ustensiles pour cuisiner.hotte très sale. Mauvaise isolation phonique intérieur.
Rapport qualité prix élevé même pour l’île....
