The flat, with a floor area of 27 m², can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 10th floor of a quiet and secure residential block (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a balcony terrace from which to enjoy a beautiful view of L’Ecluse beach. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area, comprising a lounge and dining area with a sofa bed - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a two-ring induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine… - A sleeping area separated by a glass partition with 1 double bed (140×190). Please note that there is no space to walk past the bed on either side. - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A balcony/terrace to enjoy sunny days and the magnificent view of L’Ecluse beach and Saint-Malo. The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be within easy reach of all essential shops, as well as Dinard’s boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: 15 km away in Saint-Malo - Nearest airport: 80 km from Rennes The local Cocoonr team is on hand to assist you throughout your stay.

Un studio au 10eme étage (6eme côté rue) et 10eme (côté plage) avec certes une petite chambre mais vous pouvez aussi choisir de dormir sur le clic clac (très bonne litterie !) et vous vous couchez et vous réveillez avec une vue superbe totalement dégagée. C'esr une VRAIE bonne adresse, avec un logement propre et bien équipé et idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la plage.

logement fidèle au descriptif de l'annonce. Très facile d'accès. Tout se fait à pieds. Un vrai dépaysement. La vue est incroyable. Rien ne manque dans ce petit appartement (sauf une hotte pour la cuisine) .
Je recommande sans hésitation.
