Layout
The bright living room features a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, armchair and TV. The seating area has a table with four chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge and microwave. This holiday home has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The house has underfloor heating and there is a washing machine and dryer. The patio doors in the living room give access to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Here you will also find a socket for charging electric bikes. In bad weather, charging can be arranged under roof. The garden borders the water, where an aluminium sloop is waiting for you. There is parking for one car at the house, and additional cars can park in the car park behind the restaurant.

The hamlet of Schoterzijl is located in the south of the province of Friesland, on the small river Tjonger. The rural setting with forests and lakes is ideal for a nice walk or cycle trip. The IJsselmeer and the Tjeukemeer are nearby. Moreover, the Weerribben-Wieden nature reserve is nearby. A great destination for a day out in the area is the water sports village of Lemmer.
