The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment with sea views for rent in the town of Villers-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It has a surface area of 55 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
Wi-Fi and bed linen are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds for children - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - 2 balconies (10 m²) with furniture to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Trouville - Deauville, 16 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Deauville, 22 minutes by car Other comments: - Bed linen included - Towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous avons passé trois jours excellents dans ce bel appartement face à la mer. Seul bémol, j ai trouvé les matelas de la chambre à deux lits assez durs pour ma personne de 75 ans.
Cuisine très très bien équipée.
Merci à Camille pour son accueil fort sympathique.

Logement acceuillant et propre, à une quizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville de Villers.
Camille de l'agence a été tres réactive et a facilité notre arrivée tardive.
