Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Aix-en-Provence, we offer this charming 170 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests.
It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
There's also a 1,500 m² garden to enjoy! Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor - 45 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, dining area, table soccer, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: two single beds joined to make a double bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - Bedroom 5: single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC 3 extra beds are available. 90 x 190 pull-out beds.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A private, unheated swimming pool (4×8), secured by a fence, with deckchairs, available all year round. - 1,500 m² enclosed garden with furniture - A 30 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather - A 30 m² balcony The house is ideally located in Aix-en-Provence, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you can benefit from all the essential shops within a 15-minute walk, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Renowned for its gentle way of life, Aix-en-Provence is also known for the charm of its old town.
