Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 80 m² air-conditioned apartment in Nancy with a beautiful view of the old town, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with sofa, dining table and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - One bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC - Laundry room with ironing board, tumble dryer and washing machine The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Transport : If you choose to come by car, there is paid parking nearby. Nearest train station: Nancy train station, 10 minutes walk (700 m). Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, 2 hours 10 minutes by car (150 km). Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Possibility of reserving the Petit Amerval studio (for 2 people) on the same floor. Le Grand Amerval "Wir kommen gerne nochmals hierher
🙂 Super Lage direkt in der City, man erreicht von hier alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gut für zwei bis vier Personen geeignet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher nochmals
🙁 Abfluss von Waschbecken und Dusche sind verstopft, das Wasser läuft nur sehr langsam ab."
