The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 65 m² house for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, 3 km from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
There's also a 3,000 m² garden for you to enjoy! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 20 m² living room with two double sofa beds, a single bed (90×190) and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A beautiful enclosed, secure and private garden of 3,000 m², large wood of hackberry trees entirely shaded along the Massane.
At your disposal: garden table, outdoor chairs and deckchairs, children's games box and playground equipment.
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
The property's hackberry woodland creates an intimate and peaceful atmosphere.
All the essential shops are just a 5-minute walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
What to do : - Beach - Hiking in the mountains - Visits to historic coastal villages (Collioure 5 km away) and museums - Cycling - Excursions to Spain (Cadaquès, Barcelona, 2 hours away by car) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer, about 700 meters away (10-min walk) - Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 33 km away (35 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Le Havre Catalan Bon séjour, maison agréable. Seul problème du séjour a été les moustiques, je dirais donc de bien prévoir un repulsif et de la crème. Pour le reste c'est top il y a de tout dans la maison au cas où il y aurait un oubli. Cuisine ok avec toutes les épices qu'on pourrait avoir besoin. Rien a dire c'etait bien.
