Lovely 19th century Bresse house of character with traditional brick architecture, carefully restored, located in a quiet area in the heart of a peaceful & charming little typical village, on the edge of a wooded meadow opening onto the communal fishing pond directly accessible (carp & pike among others...). Nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside, in the hollow of the verdant lower Doubs valley, not far from the first wooded mountain foothills of the Jura massif, La Chapelle-Saint-Sauveur benefits from a soothing, gentle, preserved countryside (partly protected in ZNIEFF), combining "full nature" & agriculture, nestled in the hollow of a bocage plain dotted with bucolic ponds & beautiful wild forests and has a leisure center with a very famous "natural" lake converted into "organic swimming". Very comfortable cottage.
Warm country character with contemporary accents mixed with some rich traces of the original building (elegant "checkerboard" tiles on the kitchen side). Cozy & exotic atmosphere.

Accueil très sympathique dans un endroit au calme. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante pour que les enfants en profitent tous les jours. La cuisine d’été et la cave sont à partager entre les différents gîtes mais c’est un vrai plus appréciable.

La terrasse de notre location donnant sur l’accès à d’autres logements, nous avons pu échanger avec les autres locataires tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également partager des repas dans la cuisine d’été très pratique et bien équipée (barbecue, plancha, lave-vaisselle…..).La piscine est très agréable.

Malgré le fait que la météo n est pas été agréable nous avons profité d un gîte très confortable et pu passer de belles journées entre amis.
