THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Alki Beach is where Seattleites escape when they want to live close to the water but get out of the bustle of downtown, just 15 minutes away. The neighborhood wraps around the coastline of West Seattle giving you jaw-dropping views of the Seattle cityscape. Just don’t forget to turn around! In the charming beach town behind you, sits Alki Beach Park packed full of restaurants, cafes, and bars. You will also find a brewery hosting yoga sessions, beach shops, historic landmarks, and several iconic restaurants in Seattle. We're happy to share our recommendations with you! Running parallel to the sandy beach, cyclists, runners, longboarders, and rollerbladers can take advantage of a paved, 2.5-mile-long pathway. Bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are conveniently available for rent. On a sunny day, you might just want to pull up a lounge chair and snag yourself one of the grills and firepits there for public use.

Guests will have exclusive access to entire home including the front porch (immediately outside front door).

Alki Beach

The West Seattle Water Taxi is the best way to get to and from downtown Seattle, leaving from its dock near the Seattle Ferry Terminal downtown. This 15-minute boat ride drops you right off on the eastern end of Alki Beach. There is streetside parking if you prefer to drive yourself. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, and Uber/Lyft are widely available.
