Kitchen with Eating Space: The kitchen exudes modernity, coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, French Press, tea, sugar, and cream enhancing its contemporary ambiance. It comes fully equipped with all essential utensils and features a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. This ensures that every culinary need is met with ease .

Bedroom: Queen size bed, a practical workspace located in front of a window with natural light, closet, Luggage racks,Tv.

Bathroom Full: Complete with a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, hair dryers, conditioner, and soap. Soft towels are also provided for your comfort.

Nearby, Lake Washington awaits, with a beautiful beach and park featuring amenities like tennis courts, play equipment, and stunning views of the Cascades. The neighborhood is dotted with boutiques, family-friendly shops, and upscale eateries, including renowned sushi spot Nishino. Just west, the intersection with Lake Washington Boulevard leads to more dining and shopping options, including the adjacent Madison Valley neighborhood.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the garden, providing a private retreat during their stay. Upon booking confirmation, a secure door code will be conveniently sent via email, akin to accessing a personalized Guest Book, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free arrival experience.

GETTING AROUND
We're located near public transportation, with several bus stops within walking distance to downtown Seattle, Fremont, South Lake Union, or the University District for the University of Washington.
You can also drive into downtown Seattle (and the University District) in about 15 minutes, and Uber/Lyft are widely available.

PARKING
Parking is available in the designated one-car parking spot behind the house. Street parking is available in front of the house on Madison Street.

Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons. Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.
