The Cocoonr agency has a lovely, single-storey contemporary house with a large garden available to let in Roquefort-la-Bédoule.
Ideally situated close to the village, the calanques of Marseille and Cassis, it offers a peaceful residential setting perfect for enjoying the gentle Provençal way of life. With a floor area of 102 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a large garden. The property is laid out as follows: - A living room with sofas, a coffee table and a TV - A dining room with a table and chairs - An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a toaster, hobs, a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker... - Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed and a shower room with shower and WC - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed and a shower room with shower - Bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed and a shower room with shower and WC Outdoors: Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious 800 m² garden, perfect for relaxation and socialising.
There’s a table tennis table and a Weber barbecue so you can make the most of lovely evenings outdoors. Sun loungers are available for you to relax on, as well as a dining area furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners outdoors. The house also features a heated swimming pool, open from May to October. For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a dishwasher, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board… The house enjoys a prime location in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, in a particularly pleasant setting.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find all the essential amenities as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and a market. The Cocoonr service: On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-stay’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Neighbourhood and activities: -The house is situated in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, a charming Provençal village nestled between Marseille and Cassis, offering a peaceful and authentic lifestyle whilst remaining close to the region’s main tourist attractions. From the property, you can easily reach the village centre and its amenities, as well as the exceptional natural surroundings such as the Sainte-Baume massif and the famous calanques of Marseille and Cassis.
These unspoilt areas are perfect for hiking, rock climbing or swimming in turquoise waters. The location is also ideal for exploring the Provençal markets in the surrounding villages, the vineyards of the Cassis region, or enjoying boat trips along the calanques.
Marseille and La Ciotat, easily accessible by car, round off the experience with their harbours, beaches and numerous cultural and culinary activities. Please do not hesitate to contact us for personalised recommendations on hikes, boat trips, restaurants or unmissable cultural attractions in the surrounding area. Transport: If you’re travelling by car, you can park for free in the neighbouring streets, with no time limit. Regarding other means of transport, here is some useful information: Nearest railway station: Marseille railway station, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away (26.2 km) Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, approximately 41 minutes’ drive away (47.6 km) Bus: RTM bus route 69 serves Roquefort-la-Bédoule and provides easy access to Marseille. Other notes: - The property is entirely non-smoking. - Pets are not permitted in the property. - Parties and noise disturbances are prohibited. - Cleaning is included in your stay - Garden and swimming pool maintenance External contractors carry out regular maintenance of the garden and swimming pool independently.

Séjour d'une semaine à 4 personnes début novembre.
Maison très spacieuse, confortable et un extérieur très agréable dans un environnement calme.
Prestations de qualité : mobilier, vaisselle, jardin entretenu, etc...
Cocoonr est une agence de très bonnes prestations : personnel attentionné.
Un petit plus serait un porte manteau.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très belle maison au calme avec des hôtes réactifs très gentils et accueillants.
Un excellent séjour dans cette demeure où nous nous sommes sentis très vite comme chez nous.
Une literie excellente ce qui est très agréable.
Il y a eu un petit soucis avec la piscine et la réactivité de nos hôtes a été merveilleuse.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
