All comodoties needed for a long stay over the winter season including free wifi, fully equipped kitchen and a great location near a supermarket and the city centre of Faro.
The apartment is a first floor apartment with 3 double bedrooms, A shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a WC in the en-suite.
The living, dining room has access to a marquise balcony which is also shared by the master bedroom.
TV and internet available as well as a dining table also suitable for remote work.
The kitchen is modern, bright and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishware for everyday use.
The kitchen leads to a balcony with a washing machine.
A tourist tax is paid on arrival if the payment is not collected by the booking platform. 1.5€ per person over 13 years old for up to 7 days stay.

Guests are required to advise an ETA in advance and contact when leaving the airport.

Pingo- Doce supermarket is a quick walk to the back of the building and the city centre is nearby. The Faro hospital, Faro University and football stadium are in close vicinity. A great location for spending time in a cosy and comfortable home over the milder winter months for relaxing or working from home. Walking distance to main activities. The local bus passes nearby to the centre, Faro beach and other locations. A car is recommended when sightseeing neighbouring areas is the goal or just freedom to travel anywhere, any time!
