Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Zip And Link 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 2: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Rear garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country).
Private parking for 2 cars.

Downstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize bed upon request.
The cottage boasts an open well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, living and dining room with access to an open garden and a private patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning countryside views.
Well-behave dogs are welcome, even horses are welcome by prior arrangement.
The cottage is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the local attractions.
Whether you’ve been to an exhibition at the NEC or enjoyed the Birmingham sights, The Granary provides a serene countryside escape.
The working farm setting, complete with horses and traditional beef cattle, adds a unique touch to your stay.
The farm’s hilltop location provides panoramic views and convenient access to local shops, pubs, and various takeaways.

Cottage was very clean and had everything we required owner very helpful and friendly , the location and view of the property were stunning and lovely to see horses right outside our front door can’t wait for our next visit
