Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The apartment comprises - A 45 m² living room with sofas, armchairs, large mirror, decorative fireplace, TV, view of the Parc du Joli Coeur. - A bright, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and decorative fireplace - Bedroom 2: with double sofa bed, desk, high chair - Bathroom with shower and WC - Two separate WCs Exterior : - A balcony (4×1) to enjoy fine weather The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
All essential shops are just 100 meters away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities: - Sights: Place Stanislas, Palais Ducal, Basilique Saint-Epvre, historic center, Ville Neuve, Villa Majorelle, Parc de la Pépinière (children's playground, rose garden, zoo...), Château de Lunéville 30 km from Nancy... - Hiking or cycling on the Boucle de la Moselle (Nancy-Toul). - Cultural activities: Opéra National, Musée des Beaux Arts, Musée Lorrain, Muséum Aquarium, and the Festival du Livre sur la Place in early September! - Tasting of Nancy specialties: macarons de Nancy, bergamot, thistles... - Flea and second-hand markets, central market, Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy organic market...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement etait au delà de nos attentes. Tout le confort, tres bonne literie, extrêmement bien meublé, tres douillet, avec un balcon super donnant sur le parc verdoyant, un côté pour les enfants et l'autre pour les chiens. Stationnement juste sur la route à côté. Tout ce fait à pied.Nous reviendrons.A recommander vivement. Grand merci
