The kitchen/diner is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast or a delicious evening meal. When it's time to retire for the night, head upstairs to the two inviting bedrooms. Riverbank is a terrace house consisting of a kitchen/diner with; electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Sitting room with TV and gas fire. Bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a rear non-enclosed gravel terrace garden, leading down to decking on three levels, with a pontoon at river level, and steps leading down to allow mooring, with launching of small craft such as paddle boards and canoes, and street parking adjacent to the property. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Note: There are fishing rights from the garden after obtaining a permit. Note: The river at the bottom of the garden is not fenced off, please supervise children at all times. Note: This property can only accept Friday and Monday check ins. Note: During certain months river levels will vary and on occasion cover lower garden tiers
