It is a cozy house with lots of privacy and a large garden, ideal for families, with several bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. Children can play safely in the garden while adults relax. A vast playground is just around the corner. Good connections to the ski resorts, only approx. Fifteen minutes away by car. The house is in an idyllic residential area of Kufstein, surrounded by green hills and clear streams. The location offers marvelous views and a charming townscape. Historical sights and cultural attractions such as museums and traditional markets are easily accessible. There are also numerous cozy restaurants and cafés serving regional specialties, as well as a variety of events and festivals in the town center


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
