In the Montélimar area, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 120 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of approx. 800 m². Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (9mx4m) open all year round.
- 800 m² enclosed grounds
- A 30 m² sheltered terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- A 20 m² terrace accessible from the 2 bedrooms
The house is ideally located in Montélimar, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Montélimar, 10 min walk
- Nearest airport: Valence Chabeuil airport, approx. 39 min by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

The house had a spacious living area opening to a large garden and a pool. The area was quiet but a reasonable walk to the centre of Montelimar along footpaths that were variable in quality. The house was reasonably well equipped but had a few shortcomings - wine glasses and cooking utensils and weak WiFi. The Drome area featured numerous hill top villages and we particularly enjoyed Valences.

Bon accueil de la personne en charge de la maison.
Bon emplacement, à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants, musée du nougat, supermarché etc
Les matelas des lits sont à changer. Dans la première chambre, le matelas est très dur mais supportable, en revanche dans la chambre du fond, le matelas est un vieux matelas à ressorts, et là, impossible de dormir. Nous avons passé une semaine sans pouvoir dormir, vacances non reposantes pour le ...

Les Sylphides "zeer mooi verblijf. gastvrouw was altijd behulpzaam en bereikbaar bij vragen. 2 aparte badkamers en toiletten was een pluspunt. netjes onderhouden zwembad.
puntjes van verbetering: extra ventilator, werkende wifi-code."
