- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses) double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;

- COMMON GARDEN equipped with table and chairs (shared with the CA' dei Sogni apartment).


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), hairdryer and clothesline.

Cot and high chair for children on request and subject to availability.


PLEASE NOTE. The air conditioning is provided via split and is ONLY present in the living room.


The property has an uncovered parking space, also suitable for SUVs. To access it you need to pass an electric driveway gate.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1,50, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.


The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.


If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.

After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00

EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00

It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Description of the area

Among the walled cities of the Veneto, Montagnana is the one that has best known how to preserve its medieval walls: tampering is in fact few and noticeable, to the point of being able to say that we currently admire it more or less as it was seen in the fourteenth century. Montagnana, however, is not only a "picturesque" town, but also a place where generations of enterprising men with good taste have left their original mark from the 13th century until today. From a socio-economic point of view, Montagnana today thrives on highly mechanized and specialized agriculture; the traditional breeding of cattle was accompanied by that of chickens and turkeys. In addition to the production of “Veneto Berico-Euganeo” PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Montagnana sweet raw ham, is the artisanal and industrial sector (equipment for traveling shows).
