This detached family villa is suitable for 18 persons. The living room has a spacious seating corner with smart TV, and a dining corner. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. In addition the villa has 9 bedrooms, 2 of which on the ground floor and each with 2 single beds. On the ground floor there are also 2 bathrooms, 1 of which with a shower and 1 with a bathtub, and 3 toilets in total. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms. As a standard the villa is fitted with stair guards and 2 high chairs. Outside there is a garden with furnished terrace and it is possible to park your car near the accommodation. You can make free use of Wi-Fi.
In house numbers 202, 203 and 204, 1 of the downstairs bathrooms has been adapted for people with disabilities. The toilet in this bathroom features toilet handles. There is a shower seat too. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. Of course they can also go to the pool or playground, or play hide-and-seek in the woods all day long. With an eatery and á la carte restaurants, Brabant's bonvivant culture is unmistakeable here. There is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity, such as shopping in Oosterhout or Breda, boating in Biesbosch or a trip to an amusement park. If you enjoy walking or cycling, the park offers easy access to the Vrachelse heathland, where you can enjoy the flora and fauna of this nature reserve. Landal house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 500,- per person on the spot.
