The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this beautiful, bright and fully equipped apartment.
Located in the north-east of Rennes, a stone's throw from the universities and not far from the city center, the accommodation is on the 4th floor (with elevator). Namasté has an area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.
Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 5 people, you will particularly appreciate its comfort and calm. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 35 m² with TV, sofa and dining room - A 12 m² loggia - An equipped kitchen open to the living room including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with shower - A bedroom with a single bed - A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine - A separate toilet Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private parking lot. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Public transport: The Jules Ferry metro stop (line B) is 450m away (6 min walk) where you will also find bus lines C1 and C2. - Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 3.7km (12 min by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport 16 km (20 min by car), Nantes airport 121 km (1h26 by car). Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be requested. Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre ville mais dans un quartier calme et doté de nombreux commerces. Le logement est situé dans un immeuble récent. La pièce à vivre est hyper agréable, spacieuse et donnant sur un balcon surplombant des jardins arborés. L’équipement est aussi très complet et tout est parfaitement entretenu. 3 chambres d’inégale superficie mais toutes très agréables.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is large and well designed. We appreciated the extra towels and use of washing machine. The building was secure and the area was quiet at night. It was conveniently located one metro stop away from Saint Anne’s for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The terrace was fantastic and spacious. We would stay again!

Bright and clean apartment in a great location one Metro stop from Saint Anne and all the cafes, three stops from the train station. Nice secure building with lift; apartment was well-appointed and quiet at night. The terrace was lovely! Would stay here again.
