The apartment Il Barlume is in Marciana Marina and it is is ideal for a family holiday or for those want to enjoy in relax the town of Marciana Marina: the beautiful seaside promenade and the beach are at about 200 mt, the centre and the shops are in walking distance.

Marciana Marina is the smallest town on the island, about five square kilometers of lush nature that extend around the beautiful promenade and its squares, surrounded by elegant and colorful houses.

The origins of this territory date back to the oldest history of the island, up to the Etruscan and Roman times.

Marciana Marina is one of the most famous and sought after resorts among tourists and from the international jet-set: during the summer there are many opportunities for recreation and entertainment offered by the many restaurants overlooking the sea.

It is also known for its quiet lifestyle and is also famous for the quality of the restaurants that can be found in the center and on the seaside or in the nearby villages of Poggio and Marciana, that will leave the memory of the flavors and scents of an unforgettable holiday. Apartment on two levels for 6 persons: available to our guests an apartment of about 120 square meters, comfortable and characteristic, on the first floor of a small building.

The apartment has an independent entrance and is distributed on two levels: with an internal staircase you reach the first floor where there is a large and comfortable living room with table for dining and relaxation area, TV and overlooking a balcony with small table and chairs, a well-organized kitchenette (complete with four induction burners, electric oven, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher), two bedrooms with double bed and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Through an internal staircase you reach the upper floor with another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment has been recently renovated with a very comfortable rustic decor.

Air conditioning and heating are also provided.

The private parking space is not present, nearby there are some public parking. Arrivals: check -in from 16.00 to 19.00.

Departures: check -out within 9.00 am.

Utilities: light, water, gas, air condition/heating included.

Final cleanings: € 140,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).

Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival).

Pets: not allowed.

Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
