This charming 120 m² house in Portbail-sur-Mer is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 1,200 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 52 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and 5-burner hob. - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, broom, hoover, ironing boards and iron - Separate WC First floor: 1ᵉʳ staircase: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and WC 2ᵉ staircase: - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed and 1 double bed - A shower room with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely 1,200 m² enclosed garden with fruit trees running around the house. - Paving all around the house (2 metres wide) with furniture (1 table and 6 chairs) to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Portbail, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly inside the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Valognes 30 km away (about 30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen 112 km (approx. 1 hour 24 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional and the first flambé is provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, only one per stay, please specify when booking. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

maison très propre et accueillante mais en cours de finition. environnement à l'arrivée très décevant et jardin en partie laissé à l'abandon ( serre écroulée et très laide) et passage au milieu du jardin d'une canalisation à moitié défoncée qui est très dangereuse
