The apartment is one of two properties located within our Bell Street apartments in the Merchant City neighbourhood, close to some famous landmarks including Glasgow Trongate, The Barrowlands and Glasgow's only park within the city ; Glasgow Green.
The building has security entry system and an elevator to all floors.
The apartment is located on the second floors with city views which can be appreciated from a small standing balcony.
The hallway leads to the main rooms of the property.
The spacious living room contains a comfortable sofa, dining table and four chairs, plus there is a large TV and free superfast wifi from Hyperoptic fibre cabling.
The property comes with a USB firestick to access an increased number of channels. The adjoining kitchen contains all the modern features, including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and hob. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses and utensils to ensure home cooking is easy for the guests. The master bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed and plenty of storage space within the drawers and fitted wardrobes. Finally the bathroom has a bath with shower over.
The shower is operated from the gas central heating system ensuring hot water is always available and in unlimited supply. The Merchant City is one of the most vibrant areas in Glasgow and is full of diverse and interesting buildings, cafes and restaurants.
It is a preferred location to both professional and artistic residents with a number of small galleries and theatres in the area.
It is also home to a number of high end boutique style shops and more famous international labels. Bell Street apartments are located within short walking distance (< 5 minutes) to either Argyle Street or High Street train stations.
From here you an access almost every station in Scotland.
Glasgow Central Station is only 15 minutes to walk.
